Carol-Ann Boothe is a Managing Director with over 35 years of global experience providing financial-related audits, risk management, attestation and advisory services to Federal government, financial services, and commercial clients.  At Aski, Carol-Ann is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the delivery of quality audit and advisory services.  Outside of work, Carol-Ann is an Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) Global Council Member,  Member of the ACCA Global Ethics Committee; Co-Education Director of the AGA Montgomery/Prince Georges Chapter; and Member of AGA National Professional Ethics Board. Carol-Ann is also Public Member of the WSSC Water Audit Committee for Montgomery County, Maryland.
